TTAWKE’S BAY COUNTY XX COUNCIL RESOLUTION (intended • to take effect as a Special Order) appointing New Managers to fill vacancies on the Ngatarawa Water-race Board. IN TILE MATTER of “The Water Supply Act 1908” and “The Water Supply Amendment Act, * 1913” • and IN THE MATTER of the Ngatarawa Water-race. RESOLVED As Three Vacancies have occurred in the offices of Managers of the Ngatarawa Water-race by reason of the death of Henry James Howard Glazebrook and the resignation of Archibald McLean and Henry McLeod this Council hereby appoints John Harris Jefferd of Ngatarawa, Frederick George Farmery of Ngatarawa and William Hugh Campbell of Hastings to be Managing Ratepayers i'or the said Water-race in the room and stead of the said Henry James Howard Glazebrook, Archibald McLean and Henry McLeod, the said John Harris Jefferd, Frederick George Farmery and William Hugh Campbell to have and exercise jointly with the continuing Managers of the said Watei'race all and singular the powers of management thereof possessed by this Council.

The foregoing Resolution appointing new Managers to fill Vacancies on the Ngatarawa Water-race Board was duly passed by the Hawke’s Bay County Council at a Special Meeting thereof called and holden in the County Offices in Browning Street Napier on Monday the 13th. day of February 1928 at the hour of twelve five p.m. and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the said Council to be held on the 12th. day of March 1928 at the offices of the said Council in Browning Street, Napier, at the hour of twelve five p.m. DATED this 13th. day of February 1928.
