Judgment summonses.—F. M. Quigley was ordered to pay the De Luxe alotor Service Co., Ltd. £l7 16s at the rate of £1 per month in default 17 Jays’ imprisonment; J. Kemp was directed to pay the Texas Company Ltd. (Australia) £l9 18s 4d at the rate of 10s per week in default 21 days’ imprisonment; Ernct Horace Batchelor was ordered to pay the Hawke’s Bay Motor Company Ltd. the sum of £2 in default three days’ imprisonment.
