Bo to encourage immediate enrol"ment, we are making the following liberal concession— Every Student who enrols before Ist December, 1927, will have his or her Examination Entrance Fee paid by the Schools.” This is no "catch-penny” offer, but a genuine and practical inducement to ambitious students to give themselves ample time to prepare for next year’s examinations. There are no special conditions. To be entitled to the concession the students must simply complete the course in the usual way, and pay the regular schedule fees, either by instalments or in advance.
