BASKETBALL
HAWKE’S BAY REPS.
The basketball team which will represent Hastings at the Basketball Tournament, opening at Wellingten on Monday next, left Hastings this morning, under the management of Mrs. N. Nesbitt.
The tournament is expected to last four days and, if it can be arranged, a North v. South Island match will follow.
Mrs. Nesbitt has been appointed the selector of the North island team.
