At Coromandel, E. N. Minifio was fined £lO and costs for assaulting Michael O’Connor at Coroglen, J. C. Minifle was fined £3 aud E. F. Minifio £1 for committing a breach of the peace. Michael O’Connor was lined £3 for obscene language and also convicted of possessing unregistered firearms. J. Baker, of Whitiangn. was fined £5 for sending a betting telegram to a bookmaker in Auckland who was recently lined heavily.
