TWO ACUTE DIFFERENCES . PROPERTY RIGHTS IN NEWS. Geneva, Aug. 23. The preliminary meetings of tho League's International Press Conference opening to-morrow revealed two acute differences, firstly, as to the property right in the news, the official agencies representatives claiming the official news became their exclusive property, which all the private agencies, especially the British and German, resent; secondly, the absolute equality of the Govern-, ment’s treatment of official and private agencies in relation to censorship.—(A. and N.Z.)
