(Before Mr. A. W. Mowlem, S.M.) LIGHTLESS CAR. Matthew Johnson was charged with leaving a motor car in Hastings street after dark without lights, and he was fined 10/- and costs 10/-. MINUS CYCLE REFLECTORS. Bruce Conrad Lean, charged with riding a bicycle on the HastingsHavelock road after dark without a suitable reflector attached to the rear of the machine, was convicted, and ordered to pay costs 10/-. Alfred Stitt, Frank Lay and Leslie Liley, similarly charged, were each mulcted in costs 10/-. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended actions: Millar & Giorgi v. A. Judgment Summonses. —Anthony Zakaris to pay Dolan & Rogers £5 0/3 in seven days or five days’ imprisonment; A. Zakaris to pay L. A. Rogers and H. C. Robjohns £l4 10/6 in seven days or 15 days’ imprisonment; Turoa Renata to pay Hector Jone's Electrical Co. £ll 4/6 in 14 days, or twelve days’ imprisonment; V. Blake to pay A. E.
