(Before Mr. A. W. Mowlem, S.M.) LIGHTLESS CAR. Matthew Johnson was charged with leaving a motor car in Hastings street after dark without lights, and he was fined 10/- and costs 10/-. MINUS CYCLE REFLECTORS. Bruce Conrad Lean, charged with riding a bicycle on the HastingsHavelock road after dark without a suitable reflector attached to the rear of the machine, was convicted, and ordered to pay costs 10/-.
