It is al leged that they prove that the Soviet and the Third international are work ing together to break up the colonics and raise a war With the Moroccan tribes. It is stated that in January last the British comrade was instruct «id to arrange for the despatch to the Biffs or arms and munitions, including 4000 rides. Later Moscow decided to increase the supplies which were placed on a German steamer bound for Morocco. Her debarture was delayed owing to orders to ship an additional consignment of arms from a Manchester firm, whose name “Lo Matin” claims to know, it alleges that arrangments were made tn secure lhe services of expert German officers. The letters also indicated au attempt to overthrow Spanish rule in Morocco. The Soviet Embassy's asserts that “Le Matin’s” documents are basolutely apocryphal, and adds that nobody named Volkoff is attached to the Embassy.—(A.P.A. and “Sun” cable).
