SENSATION IN TOWN. It does not take long for a crowd to collect. A local doctoi was walking along the busy street, and met an old acquaintance. Soon there was a crowd round, and no one seemed to know what was the matter. It appears that the doctor offered his friend his tobacco pouch. The friend made a cigarette and lit up. “What tobacco’s this?” he asked. “Bears’!” “Bears' 7 Tobacco!” he exlaimed. “Then I’m off to buy some,” and there and then emptied his own tobacco on to the street! That’s how the first passer-by stopped in surprise and the crowd grew. Bears’ is a delicious smoke—Bd per oz., also tn irniilty packets, loz 9d, 2oz Is fid.—(Advt.) H. M. Bennett. F. 1.0..
