HER “GLORY BOX ” A THOUGHTFUL BRIDE MAKES INTERESTING CONFESSION. While touring the West Coast of the South Island recently a well-known commercial man called on a newlymarried couple away in the backblocks. The journey had been arduous, and, when asked by his hostess if he would partake of some refreshment, the traveller replied: “Thank you, 1 will; but I wonder if you have any Anti-Acido in this part of the country ” The hostess burst out laughing. ‘ ‘ Of course we have!
