WEARIND THE KILT. SOCIETY’S COMPLAINTS. (Received 18, 8.5 am.) London, Aug. 17. Complaining that many visitors, English and overseas, wear the kilt incorrectly, especially showing too much knee, the clan representatives comprising the Kilt Society, has appointed a committee to lay down authentic rules. — (Sydney “Sun” cable).
