A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Tamiti Nikera, aboriginal native, of Te Haroto. A man named George Richards Wells was admitted to the Napier Hospital yesterday suffering from injuries to his side. Enquiries this morning elicited the information that his condition Was not serious.
