WAIPUKURAU RESULTS. OLD BOYS DEFEATED. The Old Boys (seniors), journeyed to Onga Onga and played an uphill game as the result of the absence of five members—Wylie, Nicols, Yanko, B. White, and Williams (2) —from the usual team. In the first half, the visitors made a creditable shewing and Onga Onga’s total was kept down to B—o The game ended: Onga Onga 29—01 d Boys 3. Mr A. E. Nicholson was the referee. JUNIOR GAME. At Waipawa the Waipukurau juniors were successful in a closely contested game against Waipawa, winning by 6 points to 3, Symes and Smales scoring for the winners and Rust for the home side. Mr. Runi Logan refereed.
