A case in which the Public Trustee, as executor in the estate of Jonathan Littleton and acting on behalf of the widow* claimed £2OOO from Sweetwater Ltd., kauri gum merchants, as damages for the man’s death, was concluded in the Supremo Court at Auckland yesterday. Mr Justice Stringer reserved decision.
