On the grounds that the claim had never been made during the lifetime of the deceased, and that under the circumstances it should be proved with reasonable clearness, Mr. E. Page S-M., to day in a reserved judgment dismissed an action for £l2 2medical expenses brought, by Dr. 11. M. Cowen, formerly qf Wellington, but now of Temnka, against the executors in the estate of the late John Roydon Brown, hotel manager, of Wellington— Press Assn.
