WHAT IS THE REMEDY t Why are several thousand unemployed men in New Zealand to-day? What is the cause? What is the remedy? Various theories and remedies have been expounded. It is generally recognised that one of the most serious causes is excessive importation of goods that can be manufactured just as well and just a/ cheaply in New Zealand. Tho more we buy New Zealand-made goods and the less we import, the more labour we absorb and the more we pay out in wages. Everybody will be better off. Take “Maltexo” as an instance. “Maltese’' is made in New Zealand. When you buy “Maltexo” you not only get a natural tonic food unsurpassed for building up strength and energy and fortifying against disease, but you add to the welfare of your country, and help to find employment for fellow citizens.—(Advt.)
