The Probate Court refused the late James White’s widow Letters of Administration Affidavits were tendered showing that the estate totalled £75,000, and the amount ot uebts uncertain, but it is believed th estate is insolvent. In the Victorian Assembly the Treasurer, submitting the supplementary estimates, announced a deficit on last year’s revenue of £682,000, instead of £350,000. as previously stated. The revenue for the vear had been £26,400,000 and the expenditure £27.082,000,
