17 BULLS IN SUCCESSION. MATCHES AT BISLEY. London, July 13. There was an unprecedented duel at the service rifle Bisley between Lieutenant MacGregor (Canadian) and A. G. Fulton (England). They tied in the competition for the “‘limes” Cup and then fired three shots each to decide the winner. All were bulls, whereupon they fired shot for shot until one dropped a point. MacGregor and Fulton both registered 17 bulls apiece in succession. MacGregor scored the eighteenth bull and Fulton only an inner. Canada won the Kolapore Cup with a score of 1138. Great Britain was second with 1125.—(A r and N.Z.)
Bixall Chapman, oi the Australian Flying Corps, made 34 and 34 in two stages of St. George’s Match, and stands twelfth in the 100 who partake in the final stage on Saturday.
