CANADA v. HAWKE’S BAY. VISITORS SCORE EARLY. Spleudid football weather prevailed for the Hastings-Canada Soccer match in Nelson Park, Hastings, this afternoon, whilst the ground was in excellent condition for play. The attendance, which was in the neighbourhood of 3,000 at a calculation, was also satisfactory. Mr T. Atkinson (Napier) was in control of the game.
