Dairy Produce Board advises having received the following information from the Canadian agents of the hoard, dated August 21, 1926: Butter: New York 42J cents (1/94). Surplus stocks decreasing. Anticipate only slight fluctuations. Montreal 33 cents (1/4J). Vancouver 34} cents (1/s}). Market steady, rain general. San Francisco, extras cents (1/101), firsts 411 cents (1/83). Cheese: Montreal, 17} cents (Sjd). Demand improving. Y'ancouvei- 20 cents (lOd). The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house, under date 20th inst.: —New Zealand frozen meat: Lamb and mutton, quotations unchanged; fair demand. Lust quotations: Lamb: Average, BJd per lb. Mutton: wether and maiden ewe, light 6 l-Bd, heavy 5Jd; ewe, light 4 3-8(1, heavy 4 l-Bd.
