THREAT TO ELIMINATE TENNIS London, Aug. 20. The Olympic Games Committee, in view of the attitude of the International Lawn Tennis Federation, has informed it that unless it guarantees that the world’s best players will participate tennis will he omitted from the 1928 Games, which are fixed to open on July 14 anc close on July 29.—(A. and N.Z.)
