SOUTH AFRICAN FLAG BILL.
GOVERNMENT DETERMINED. Capetown, Aug. 20. Speaking at Ladybrand, Mr. Malan, iiinister of the Interior, declared that the Government intended to force the Flag Bill through Parliament next session. He denounced all opponents a s jingoes. Colonel Creswell, speaking at Johannesburg on the same question, said the Government would not budge an inch.—(Reuter.)
