Auckland, March 29. In the Supreme Court the following prisoners were sentenced: —Robert Stephenson Wake, for indecent assault on a girl at Kawakawa, two years* j hard labour; John Roderick Skipper, I false pretences at Gisborne, probation • for two years; William Bergerspn, carnal knowledge at Taumarunui, to come up for sentence if called on.
