BERLIN BUDGET.
THIRD READING PASSED. (Received 29, 10.45 a.m.) Berlin, March 28. The Reichstag read the Budget the third time, including a reduction of the turnover tax to .75, and the repeal of the tax on wines. This is the first time since 1911 that thft Budget has been passed within the proper time. The Supreme Court, especially instituted for the protection of the republic, was abolished.
