A COMMUNIST LEAFLET.
PROPAGANDA IN THE ARMY. (Received 30, 2.15 p.m.) London. Dec. 29. The Army Council has circularised all officers commanding at home and abroad, attaching a copy of a Communist leaflet distributed among the troops throughout Britain, which the Council characterises as an insult to •the moral hcaracter, loyalty and intelligence of the army. The Council requests that the letter be communicated to all troops.—(Reuter).
