REFORMS IN INDIA.
A SWARAJIST ULTIMATUM. (Received 30, 12.30 p.m.) Delhi, Dec. 29. By an overwhelming majority the Indian National Congress accepted a Swaraj resolution that if the Government, by the end of February, does not give a satisfactory reply to the reforms demanded, all Swarajist members of the legislatures will vacate tTicir scats. —(A. and N.Z.)
