PARLIAMENTARY DEGRADATION
REPROACH TO NEW SOUTH WALES. (Received 28, 10.15 a.m.) Sydney, Dec. 28. Mr. A. T. Bavin, reviewing the record of tho State session, said that every decent citizen would regard it as a record of degradation and shame. Politics in this State, he said, had been brought to a lower level than they ever touched before, and the proceedings of the Assembly had been a disgrace to any civilised community.
