Bv bv the spin of a coin on Tuesday, rhe Whangarei County Council decided to engage the services of the Auckland architects, Messrs. Grierson, Aimer and Draffin, to provide sketch plans and to estimate the cost of remodelling the present council chambers and the erection of a new building. Ihe spin of the coin was the deciding factor between an Auckland and a local firm.
