TOO I’OOIi TO PAY TAXES. (Received 21, 9.40 a.m.) Amsterdam, Dee. 20. The ex-Kaiser, pleading poverty, has appealed to the Government to give him time to pay his taxes on the Doorn estate. The request has been acceded to. —(A. ami N.Z.)
