TO-DAY’S PROCEEDINGS. (Before Mr. R. IV. Dver, S.M.. UNLIGHTED CAR. W. Clark £4 17/- in monthly instalments of 10/-, in default 10 days’ imprisonment. RESERVED JUDGMENTS. His Worship gave his reserved judgment in the following cases:— J. N. Lowe (Mr. E. J. W. Hallei) v. Stella C. White (Mr. L. A. Rogers), a claim for the sum of £65 12/6 under a bill of sale. Plaintiff was nonsuited, with costs to the defendant. J. A. Simson (Mr. C. Duff) v. C. E. Small (Mr. D. Scannell), a claim for the sum of , £35, representing land agent’s commission. Plaintiff was nonsuited with costs to defendant.
