TO-DAY’S PROCEEDINGS. (Before Mr. R. IV. Dver, S.M.. UNLIGHTED CAR. Charged with, on November 10th, at Hastings, leaving a car standing in the street at night without lights, Edward Fraser was fined £1 and 7/- costs. CIVIL CASES. Perahama Hanara. £2O 1/11, costs £1 13/6; same v. Nui Perahama, £3 11/1, costs £1 15/6; IV. H. Sisson v. G. A. Broad, £5O, costs £4 1/6; H.B. Builders’ Union v. D. Martin. £1 costs 10/-; Logan, Williams and White v. Geo. Pepper, £l6 5/-, costs £2 17/-; F. C. McMahon v. Flood and Son. Ltd.. £ll 15/-, costs £2 14/-. Judgment summons; C. Russ was ordered to pay T. W. Clark £4 17/- in monthly instalments of 10/-, in default 10 days’ imprisonment. RESERVED JUDGMENTS. His Worship gave his reserved judgment in the following cases:— J. N. Lowe (Mr. E. J. W. Hallei) v. Stella C. White (Mr. L. A. Rogers), a claim for the sum of £65 12/6 under a bill of sale. Plaintiff was nonsuited, with costs to the defendant. J. A. Simson (Mr. C. Duff) v. C. E. Small (Mr. D. Scannell), a claim for the sum of , £35, representing land agent’s commission. Plaintiff was nonsuited with costs to defendant.
