BRITISH-ISREAL.
(To the Editor.) Sir. I was much interested to read in the •• Tribune” of 15 inst., facts on ihe ‘‘British Empire” (a mighty commonwealth) which brings to my mind the “British-Israel” theory that Great Britain and its colonies (Ephraim) arc part of the house of Isreal, through whom Palestine (the House of Jmlan) was taken in 1917. (See Is. LX 9, 10 ami Ezek XXXVII. v. 13. also chap. aXXVLII.) An excellent authority on the subject is the Rev. T. J. Jones, author of Britain’s Imperial Destiny. ’ published by David Bryce and bon. Glasgow.- Yours etc., ANOTHER BRITISH ISRAELITE. Havelock North, 20, 7 25.
