No consolidation of Dodge Brothers with other manufacturers. President F. J. Havnes announced by cable that Messrs DiLon. Read and Company of New York Citv have purchased Dodge Brothers Incorporated. The new owners will continue to conduct the business as an independent corporation and all of consolidation with other companies are unfounded. The policies, standards and ideals of the present organisation are recognisand approved by them and there is no intention of changing. The present management and organsiation will remain the same.
