No consolidation of Dodge Brothers with other manufacturers. President F. J. Havnes announced by cable that Messrs Dilion. Read and Company of New York City have purchased Dodge Brothers Incorporated. The new owners will continue to conduct the business as an independent corporation aud all rumours of consolidation with other companies are unfounded. The policies, standards and ideals of the present organisation are recognlsand approved by them and there is no intention of changing. The present management and organsiation will remain the same.
