THE VOLUMNIA'S CREW.
APPEAL AGAINST SENTENCES. (Received 6, 10.20 a.m.) Perth, Nov. 6. Notice of appeal against the sentences imposed on the Volumnia’s crew nas been given. Arrangements have oeen made for the defendants to be granted bail. The prosecuting counsel asked that the case against the union secretary be adjourned sine die, as there was a possibility of a settlement, The request was granted.
