CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS. Palmerston North, Nov. 5. There was a record crowd and lino weather for judging day at the Royal Show and tho gate takings totalled £733. Generally tho entries, both numerically and in quality constiute-1 uu exceptionally lino display. The exhibits were representative of the best bleeders in the Dominion. Many new exhibitors figured in the list, a largo number being from tho South Island. Particularly line was the pedigree cattle many provincial and island champions competing for Royal honours. The show was officially opened )>y tho Governor-General and the Hon. W. Nosworthy (Minister of Agriculture) was also amongst the visitors.
