EX-SOLDIERS’ HOMES.
(Special to “Tribune.”) parliament Sept. 10. The M. to Z. Comm'ttee recommended to the House of Representatives yesterday that the petition of 107 returned soldiers asking for resumption of operations under the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act for the purpose of receiving fresh applications for building and acquiring homes should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.
