REPLIES TO QUESTIONS.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Aug. 1. Replying to Mr G. W .Forbes, the Hon. W. Nosworthy said he did not anticipate any difficulty in arranging with the British Government for the delivery of all the Nauru phosphates New Zealand might require. In reply to Mr J. A. Macpherson (Oamaru), the Hon. C. J. Parr sajd it was proposed to establish a junior high school at Oamaru, but if there was any local objection to the school he could quite easily place it elsewhere as no less than 34 centres had asked for this class of school, which was everywhere endorsed by education authorities. Replying to Mr C. E. Macmillan, the Hon. W. Nosworthy said he had instructed the officers of his department to co-operate with the Department of Industries and Commerce with a view to providing cheaper fertiliser to farmers.
