MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE FAILS.
Auckland, July 29. At the Auckland Supreme Court this afternoon the grand jury found “no bill” on the charge of mandaughter against Wiliiam George Kier, arising from the death of a man named Neary, who, defendant said tried to enter his house while drunk’ Kier pushed him out and he fell, his’ head striking the kerbing resultinc in his death.
