KINGSCOTE RETIRING. (Received 29, 10.45 a.m.) London, Jgly 22.. The “Daily Chronicle” says that Kingscote is definitely retiring after the Davis Cup matches against France. Owing to incessant rain at Eastbourne the Davis Cup doubles were postponed till to-morrow. —(Reuter.)
