THE PROPOSED TARIFF. (Received 29, 1.55 p.m.) . . Delhi, April 28 The Tariff Board appointed to consider mdans of helping Indian industries recommended a protection of 25 cent on imported fabricated steel. I'his has given satisfaction to Indians hut Europeans demand the maintenance of the free trade policy.—(Sydney “Sun” cable).
