AGREEMENTS WITH CHINESE LABOUR. London, March 11. In th© House of Commons Dr. Chapple asked whether an appeal to a third party was provided for in case of dispute under agreements between the British Phosphate Commission and Chinese mechanics and coolies imported to Nauru.
