CLEARING THE INNER CHAMBERS LONG TASK AHEAD. London, Sept. 11. Mr. Howard Carter, lecturing at the Royal Geographical Society said the task of dealing with the inner chambers of Tutankhamen’s tomb would probably occupy two or tliree years before the body was revealed. The coming winter would be devoted to dis* mantling the great shrines within the sepulchre, under which the body lay.— (A. and N.Z.)
