The Rev. I). C. Bates. Dominion Meteorologist, telegraphs as follows for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:—
Easterly winds, moderate to strong, and backing by east to north. Weather probably cold and changeable with coastal showers. The night will probably be very cold, with frosty inland. Barometer has a falling tendency.
