DEFROSTING MEAT.
A NEW PROCESS. (Received 16, 10 a.m.) London. March 15. Experiments in defrosting Australian meat by the Cooper-Rayson process have commenced. Specimen portions of before and after frosting are being sent to Cambridge University for biological examination.—(A. and N.Z.)
