HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL. VOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 1 a Special Meeting of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, duly convened and holden the 12th March, 1923, in the County Offices in Browning Street, Napier, at the hour of 12 noon, the following resolution was passed, vide licet :- IN THE MATTER of ‘ rhe Counties | Act, 1920” That the Hawke’s Bay County Council, being of opinion that the piece of land purchased by it lor a site for a roadman’s cottage, and described in the Schedule hereto, is no longer required for the purposes ol I the County of Hawke’s Bay, HEREI BY RESOLVES, by way of Special | Order pursuant to Section Number 152 of •‘The Counties Act, 1920,” that the said piece of land shall be sold in such manner for such sum and on such conditions as the said Council shall deem' fit. THE SCHEDULE.

ALL THAT parcel of land containing 10 Acres and 3 Perches more or less being portion of Block Number 65, Puketapu Crown Grant District BOUNDED as follows Commencing at a point on a fenced line, 1600 links (more or less) distant in a southwesterly direction from the junction of the northern boundary of the said Block Number 65 with the dividing fence between the properties of the Trustees of the late John Bennett (deceased) and Nelson Brothers, Ltd., thence towards tho south-east and south by ocher part of the said block, being fenced lines, 933 links and 576 links respectively, thence towards the west by the new Rissington-Glen-garric Road 1551.9 links, and thence towards the north-east by other part of the said block 1063 links to the commencing point BE the said several admeasurements and each and every of them a little more or less.

AND NOTICE is hereby further given that it is proposed to confirm tho said Resolution at a Special Meeting of the said Council to be holden in the offices aforesaid on MONDAY, the 9th day of APRIL next, at the hour of 12. noon TO THE INTENT that the said Resolution may operate and take effect as a Special Order.
