THE PRICE OF MILK.
(To the Editor). Sir, —When the price of milk was increased last year, the milkmen explained that it was on account of the scarcity of feed, but what excuse have they got now for not reducing it? It is very many years ago since feed was as plentiful in Hawke’s Bay as it is now. The price in Napier is sixpence per quart,—l am, etc.. ; AQUA PURA. I Hastings, October 17. 1921.
