ANGLO-PERSIAN BREACH.
THE LAST LINE SEVERED. Delhi, Sept. 3. The Persian Government has cancelled contracts with various members of the British Financial Commission, thus destroying practically the last trace of the Anglo-Persian agreement. There is a great political agitation in Teheran owing to tho threatening attitude of Russian Ministers over the continued presence of defaulting Bolsheviks.—(A. and N.Z.)
