POINT SEI’TLED IN N.S.W. Sydney, August 16. The Full Court delivered judgment on an appeal by the Crown against the magistrate’s decision concerning the closing of hotel bars. The Court tided that as the Act provided for six o’clock closing until a referendum the people was taken on the question, and as a referendum had not been taken, six o’clock closing must continue.
