The Far Eastern Republic has sent a Note to the Chinese Government stating that unless China takes steps to prevent Vngern Sternberg's forces and , similar bands using Chinese territory , as a base of operations against Chita, the Government of the latter will in- * vade Mongolia and exterminate the bands itself.
