UNEMPLOYMENT FUND.
On account of the existence of several cases of' distress in Hastings among the families of men out of employment, His Worship the Mayor (Mr. W. Hart) has decided to open a fund for the relief of such cases. An earnest appeal is made to all who can afford to do so, to subscribe according to their means to such fund. The “Tribune” has been authorised to receive donations, and these will be gladly received, and will be acknowdedged through our columns from to-day. The first donations promised:— £ s. d. W.
